I created this out of pure laziness and it turned out pretty amazing. Here’s what you gotta do.
Chopped chicken (pan fried chicken breasts)
Can of black beans
Tip: Pre-cooked chicken breasts and rice in the fridge is always great for quick meals.
Prepare a plate with rice, black beans and chicken. Microwave covered for approximately two minutes. Chop tomatoes and lettuce and add to your plate. Finish with a generous drizzling of lime juice. Mix and enjoy!
